Moe and the Big Exit

The kids and I went to see the premier of the newest VeggieTales Movie, Moe and the Big Exit. This is the story of Moses as told by the folks at BigIdea.

Meet Moe (Larry the Cucumber,) a good-natured cowboy living high on the hog out in Dodgeball City while his kinfolk work their fingers to the bone digging the Grand Canyon. When Moe asks the heartless mayor to let his people go, he refuses and a heap of trouble comes to town. Can Moe help free his people from bondage and flee Dodgeball City once and fer all? Saddle up for a rootin' tootin' Bible adventure as VeggieTales heads west and teaches a lesson in followin' directions!

After the movie, there was a drawing for prizes. Now you may remember Jenna says she never gets her name drawn for prizes yet at her AHG Dance a couple weeks ago, she was the first name drawn for a prize. Well guess what happened today? Yep, the first prize went to Jenna, a VeggieTales CD.

Then she was asked to be the assistant and help draw the other names and pass out prizes. The next name she drew out...Logan, a VeggieTales DVD! This thing isn't fixed, is it? A couple of names later...Devin, a different VeggieTales CD?!?

Reagan just had a ball watching the movie and getting a poster of the new movie. We played at the playground in the mall for a while and of course, the Disney Store and Book Store. Later we picked up mommy (suffering from a very bad toothache..whole left side of her face ache really) and had lunch at McDonald's. And finally, we toured our local Wal-Mart. It took us an hour and half just to spend $12.48. I was beat from such a full day so I took a nap when we got home. Hope your Saturday was fun too.
